Think of cleaning in institutions, and people are likely to think of wide-open spaces: mile after mile of hospital corridors, the floorspace in a shopping center, or vast entrance halls, all glass and glossy tiling. Since much of the cleaning in these facilities is automated, cleaning providers and crews rely on their detergent to always perform reliably – and for example, leave floors not just spotlessly clean but also safely dry. Yet all these facilities – hospitals in particular – have another big ask.
